Yippee! Poj was discharged from the care of the allergy clinic today!!!
He had an allergic reaction to eggs when he first had it in a soup when he was six months old. He had a skin prick test to prove it and has been under the care of the allergy clinic at the general hospital. Today, he was asked to come back to have another one done and I was so pleased that the prick test came out negative =)
After his appointment, we went to the post office to post my pressies to the 3 winners of my anniversary contest. They said it would take at least 3 days for it to arrive in Spain and 5 days in the Philippines (plus a few days for the local post office to deliver to their respective homes).
I'm excited to hear what they think of my pressies, hope they like it =)
I am twice as glad that Poj prick test was negative. Mahirap ang may allergy.
ReplyDeleteHooray! Thanks sis. Ang layo pala ng mararating bago mapunta samin, dadaan pa ng Spain, hay, kung pwede lang akong pumasok sa envelop hehehe.
For sure the post office will send me a notice once it arrived. Then I have to pick it up kasi they have to open it in my presence for checking making sure walang illegal products na kasama. Pero I am more than willing and happy to go to the post office to see the bunch of letters.

ReplyDeleteAlam mo sis habang pauwi ako kahapon binilang ko yung days ng pagdating dito ng mail. Hahaha, Excited much ako. Pupunta ulit ako ng post office tapos sisilip sa mga stamps exhibit saka makikitingin sa mga sulat na nilalagyan ng labels. Thank you so much ah!
Nakita ko yung picture ni Poj about the prick test. Ang galing mo you have a record of Poj development. parang nakakasama na din namin siyang lumaki. hahaha.

ReplyDeleteSana nga sis dumating agad. Feeling ko naman one week lang kasi ikaw naman magpi-pick up sa post office eh. Sana payagan ka nilang magtake ng pics sa post office so that you could blog about it. Malay mo ma-inspire nun ang iba to write a snail mail to someone!
Thanks sis. I try, pero feeling ko ang dami ko pa ring namimiss irecord sa dami ng ginagawa nya. But I am happy na kahit papano may mga babalikan ako kung gusto ko balikan nung mas bata sya =)
